  • •Optimize resources and costs by managing labor expenses and monitoring weekly payroll.
  • •Champion safety and compliance by executing safety/security programs, overseeing safety committee initiatives, and ensuring quality assurance and food safety protocols.
  • •Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment by inspecting conditions and developing and documenting receiving, storing, shipping, and emergency procedures.
  • •Collaborate with customer service, deployment, transportation operations, and DC management to meet customer expectations and resolve operational issues.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics or related field plus 5+ years of distribution center/plant shipping leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing teams or leading projects.
  • •Hands-on warehouse experience, ideally in meat or food distribution.
  • •Knowledge of refrigerated carrier industry, shipments of perishable products, and DC operations.
  • •Experience with SAP, WMS computer systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
