Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily TikTok Shop UK FBT fulfillment operations (warehousing and last-mile) and monitor core KPIs such as dispatch rate and inventory accuracy.
  • •Drive SOP implementation across warehouses and set up health monitoring mechanisms for continuous process optimization.
  • •Lead end-to-end PMO delivery of complex FBT projects, managing milestones, WBS, resources, and post-project reviews.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product/Tech, Logistics, Merchant Operations, and service providers) to ensure high-quality execution.
  • •Monitor fulfillment anomalies, establish SLAs for escalation, build contingency plans, and lead root-cause analysis with the QC team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a business-related field.
  • •2.5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing/delivery, or supply chain (TikTok Shop/Amazon FBA/cross-border experience preferred).
  • •Strong operational control paired with excellent project management (PMO) capability.
  • •Familiarity with EU and UK e-commerce warehouse operations (inbound/inventory/outbound) and last-mile delivery networks.
  • •High data proficiency, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
