Senior Schedule Controls Specialist

Oversee construction project schedule delivery for infrastructure programs in the New York City metropolitan area. Analyze schedule data and variances, develop and maintain baseline schedules and change control, and produce scheduling management reports for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior staff, coordinate schedule inputs across the organization, support earned value and cost forecasting, and manage schedule-related risk through planning reviews and corrective actions.
