Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned areas of the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • •Prepare and review account reconciliations across a range of accounts (e.g., cash, debt, equity, payroll, intercompany, leases, revenue, COGS, accruals).
  • •Support domestic and international subsidiaries to ensure consistency and compliance across multiple legal entities.
  • •Investigate complex accounting issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • •Mentor Staff Accountants and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives across the accounting function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.
  • •2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
  • •Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private equity-backed organizations preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite preferred; FloQast a plus.
