Build and foster client relationships by proactively reaching out, understanding banking needs, and recommending deposit and loan products that match each customer’s goals. Provide an optimal client experience across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, complete basic transactions, and open consumer and business accounts. Collaborate with branch teams, educate clients on digital and self-service tools, and submit credit applications while maintaining operational excellence and accuracy.
