Staff Engineer, Quality Assurance (R5358)

Support the X-BAT program’s quality engineering activities across weapons system hardware, subsystems, suppliers, manufacturing processes, and test execution. Review technical documentation, create and maintain quality records (inspection plans, control plans, first article inspections, nonconformance reports, corrective actions), and lead root-cause and CAPA efforts. Work with manufacturing, engineering, test operations, supply chain, and program leadership to improve process capability, reliability, and compliance with aerospace and defense quality requirements.
