Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor day-to-day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping) by third-party providers.
  • •Conduct onsite inspections and audits in Maximo to verify compliance against KPIs, scope of work, and planned PPM schedules.
  • •Coordinate with service providers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, airport regulations, and managing agent standards.
  • •Produce detailed reports on service quality, operational performance, incidents, and corrective actions required.
  • •Maintain accurate service records, asset information, and audit logs in Maximo, and support mobilization and peak-period operational coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Facilities Management.
  • •Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services, ideally in an airport or critical infrastructure environment.
  • •Strong knowledge and practical experience using Maximo, especially inspection and audit functionalities.
  • •Proven ability to work in a client-representative capacity and hold service providers accountable for performance.
  • •Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
