Job Summary

Supervise and monitor third-party providers delivering soft FM services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping. Conduct onsite inspections and audits using Maximo to verify compliance with SLAs, KPIs, scope of work, and PPM schedules. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet safety and airport/agent standards, produce performance and quality reports, maintain service records, and support mobilization and peak-period operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and monitor day-to-day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping) by third-party providers.
•Conduct onsite inspections and audits in Maximo to verify compliance against KPIs, scope of work, and planned PPM schedules.
•Coordinate with service providers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, airport regulations, and managing agent standards.
•Produce detailed reports on service quality, operational performance, incidents, and corrective actions required.
•Maintain accurate service records, asset information, and audit logs in Maximo, and support mobilization and peak-period operational coverage.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in Facilities Management.
•Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in soft services, ideally in an airport or critical infrastructure environment.
•Strong knowledge and practical experience using Maximo, especially inspection and audit functionalities.
•Proven ability to work in a client-representative capacity and hold service providers accountable for performance.
•Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
