Maintain and continuously improve injection molding mold tools in the manufacturing area. You’ll break down, clean, repair, and reassemble tooling, perform preventive maintenance in the tool room, and evaluate and replace damaged tools. The role includes proper tool storage, using Blue Wave for cleaning, and performing safety inspections and all activities safely—including LOTO—before and during equipment use.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and continuously improve mold tools in the manufacturing area.
•Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) in the tool room.
•Break down, clean, repair, and reassemble injection molding tools.
•Evaluate and replace damaged tooling.
•Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use, and perform activities safely including LOTO.
