Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 1–2 analysts and support program teams with EVMS processes and requirements.
  • •Compile monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management and develop/deliver SDRLs, including monthly external Earned Value reporting to the customer.
  • •Coordinate EAC and LRE processes, monitor program financial performance, analyze variances, and assess impacts to BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Cash).
  • •Coordinate program financial planning activities, including RPLAN updates, and contribute to AOP and five-year LRSP inputs.
  • •Perform monthly data reconciliation and analyze/communicate program performance impacts using Microsoft Excel while attending program meetings and reviewing EVMS data.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including pivot tables/charts, formulas, and variance analysis.
  • •Active ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
