Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the organization: hire and develop managers, define how work is shared across employees and partners, and hold leaders accountable for results and team health.
  • •Own sourcing enablement and delivery operations: set service commitments and quality standards, match support to deal complexity and risk, and use customer feedback to improve the service.
  • •Lead the sourcing operating rhythm by creating a forward plan from demand, priorities, and capacity; resolve dependencies and follow through on commitments.
  • •Strengthen contracting with Legal and Procurement Operations/COE on contract lifecycle management, approved templates, and negotiation playbooks.
  • •Drive AI-enabled ways of working for sourcing and contracting experiences, connecting use cases that begin in ChatGPT to trusted enterprise systems and preserving controls and contractual commitments.

  • •12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial leadership, with strong judgment on suppliers, negotiations, contracts, and risk.
  • •Have built or transformed a procurement capability through growth or change, with evidence of improved execution, commercial outcomes, or user experience.
  • •Manage managers and develop strong teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
