Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Workday Payroll implementations and related HR transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
  • •Mentor junior staff on engagement teams, sharing expertise and feedback to promote collaboration and career growth.
  • •Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals and missions while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • •Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including executive-level engagement and trust-building.
  • •Travel as needed to support multiple projects of differing scale and duration and contribute to project financial management and cradle-to-grave implementations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Workday certification in Payroll.
  • •Prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead.
  • •US Payroll experience is a MUST.
  • •Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare or with Commercial clients is a huge plus.
  • •Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation.
