Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
  • •Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, lifecycle, competition, and available resources.
  • •Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • •Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM and user growth; formulate and implement growth and operational strategies.
  • •Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; mathematics/economics or related quantitative background is preferred.

  • •Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
