Job Summary

Own the planning, design, and delivery of crypto structured products, including principal-protected products and custom payoff structures for diverse user segments. Build short- and medium-term roadmaps, monitor market trends, and translate insights into actionable initiatives. Lead cross-functional execution with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk, marketing, and operations, while defining product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks to support user growth and AUM expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
•Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market conditions, lifecycle, competition, and available resources.
•Oversee project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
•Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM and user growth; formulate and implement growth and operational strategies.
•Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; mathematics/economics or related quantitative background is preferred.
•Strong understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts, with a keen interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
•Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
•Demonstrated rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication, with the ability to orchestrate resources across departments.
•Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
