Job Summary

Help new customers get up and running on the WeTravel platform by migrating key content and delivering personalized trainings. Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers to identify risks early, manage multiple onboarding projects, and ensure a smooth customer setup. This remote role includes occasional on-site client visits (1–2 times per quarter) to support onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales and customers to ensure new accounts are set up for success.
•Identify potential pain points and red flags early and address them before issues arise.
•Build trips, migrate participants, and deliver training directly with customers so they are properly set up.
•Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and prevent work from falling through the cracks.
•Lead each onboarding project end-to-end and take ownership to add extra value.
