Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise server hardware assets, ensuring accurate CMDB/asset records and proactive handling of end-of-life and end-of-support milestones. Own vendor maintenance and warranty coverage, track SLAs, and drive cost optimizations across OEM and third-party support contracts. Forecast refresh and renewals, support TCO visibility and budgeting, and improve processes using ServiceNow CMDB automation and integrations for audit-ready, compliant operations.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Govern the end-to-end lifecycle of server hardware assets: purchase planning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommission.
•Track EOL/EOS milestones and drive proactive refresh planning while maintaining accurate CMDB/asset records.
•Oversee OEM and third-party maintenance contracts, including warranty status, SLAs, coverage tracking, and renewals.
•Manage risk and availability by ensuring critical production servers have appropriate support coverage aligned to business SLAs.
•Forecast refresh cycles and maintenance renewals, support budgeting/cost optimization, and drive process/tooling improvements using ServiceNow CMDB automation.

Key Requirements

•Maintain familiarity with ServiceNow HAM and CMDB asset governance practices.
•Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise server environments and infrastructure operations.
•Experience managing hardware lifecycles and vendor support models for server assets.
•Show proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
•Have knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure dependencies.
