Oversee and lead ticketing operations for a portfolio of A-level concert events across Southern California, managing the regional ticketing team from start to finish. Build events using Ticketmaster platforms, maintain inventory and seat holds, and execute dynamic pricing and revenue-maximization opportunities. Coordinate detailed show information with booking, touring, marketing, and venue teams, while providing mentorship and supporting ticket requests, audits, and financial settlement inputs.
