Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the end-to-end optical/electrical link and power budget for the OVMM signal path, synced with evolving hardware.
  • •Build and maintain the reference behavioral model for the TX–channel–RX signal path, including optical, analog, quantization, and algorithmic effects.
  • •Allocate and update NMSE/SNR/SNDR targets across optics, analog, quantization, and algorithmic domains as architecture changes.
  • •Characterize and model impairments (noise, distortion, jitter, quantization, crosstalk, mismatch, nonlinearity) and quantify accuracy impact.
  • •Develop/run statistical (Monte Carlo, corner) and time-domain simulations; correlate predictions with lab/silicon measurements and refine the model when mismatches occur.
