Job Summary

Strategic communications lead for Anthropic’s infrastructure and engineering work, driving external storytelling of Claude’s inference, capacity and reliability. Key Responsibilities

•Own external comms for Claude's inference and reliability story across launches, milestones, and updates
•Carry both the high-altitude narrative for Claude's engineering work and the technical translation that makes it credible
•Develop messaging frameworks for technical topics that land with developers, customers, and press without losing the substance
•Lead comms when a technical or engineering issue needs a coordinated cross-functional response
•Partner closely with the product organization on decisions that impact users and brand, bringing those considerations into the room early and often
•Coach engineering and product leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and in-between moments
•Have strong instincts for how messaging will land across audiences and channels and adjust strategy accordingly

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 255,000 - 320,000 annually
