•Lead enterprise critical pursuits (ECP/Tier 2) as Capture Lead, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through submission.
•Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major programmes and strategic opportunities with key accounts.
•Own pursuit governance, bid budgets, and team composition, including partnerships and supply chain.
•Drive capture strategy development, client listening, win strategy, solution development, and marcomms planning through to lessons learned.
•Build and maintain a diversified pipeline of opportunities, collaborating with global and regional leaders to align with growth priorities.

Travel: Medium travel
