Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers across SRE, automation, and infrastructure-as-code disciplines, reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Client Experience.
  • •Drive CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, and scripting languages (Python, Golang, PowerShell, Bash).
  • •Manage identity and access management services including Okta, Entra ID, MFA, RADIUS, and certificate-based authentication across the organization.
  • •Oversee multi-cloud operations (GCP, AWS, Azure, VMware) with focus on reliability, security, and self-service enablement.
  • •Partner with global support leadership in India, the Philippines, and China to deliver proactive, AI-driven digital employee experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience leading SRE or DevOps infrastructure teams in a large-scale environment.
  • •Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SALT Stack) plus CI/CD tooling such as GitLab and Jira.
  • •Operate identity and access management platforms (Okta, Entra ID, RADIUS, MFA, certificates) with strong IGA/IAM principles.
  • •Administer multi-cloud environments across GCP, AWS, Azure, or VMware with IaaS expertise.
  • •Apply modern scripting and programming skills in Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Bash to automate operations.
