Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review journal entries for legal entity equity, investments, intercompany transactions, and assigned corporate accounting activities.
  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely, complete, and accurate financial results.
  • •Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating reconciling items and driving timely resolution.
  • •Support legal entity equity reporting, including equity rollforwards, ownership activity, investment account analysis, and related reporting schedules.
  • •Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX controls; coordinate with cross-functional teams and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • •Three to five plus years of accounting experience, preferably corporate, legal entity, intercompany, investment accounting, or public accounting.
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and internal control expectations.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Adobe Pro preferred.
  • •CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
