Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end accounting and financial operations for the branch, ensuring transactions are complete, accurate, properly supported, and recorded on time.
  • •Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, general ledger activities, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.
  • •Maintain the branch trial balance and general ledger, investigating and resolving discrepancies before each reporting cycle.
  • •Lead month-end and year-end closing activities for the branch in coordination with the Controllership team.
  • •Manage AR and AP, including invoicing, collections, aging reports, payment follow-ups, and documented/approved disbursements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally supporting a branch/subsidiary or independently managed finance operation.
  • •Experience with general ledger accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, trial balance prep, account reconciliations, AR/AP, and financial reporting.
  • •Participation in at least 12 monthly closes and one year-end close, including intercompany reconciliations across at least two group entities.
  • •At least 1 year of ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, or an equivalent system, plus practical Excel proficiency and English proficiency.
