Support retail goals through product knowledge and cross-sell opportunities while assisting with branch opening/closing and additional duties as assigned.

•Deliver teller customer service standards with accurate, efficient transactions to build trust.
•Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, change orders, official checks, cash advances and loan payments, stop payments, and savings bond redemptions as authorized.
•Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing, report cash outages, and follow Teller Over/Short policies.
•Follow fraud-prevention and compliance procedures, including verifying identification and accuracy of CTRs, SARs, monetary logs, and Reg CC holds.
•Use product knowledge to explain key benefits, identify cross-sell opportunities, and assist with branch opening/closing and assigned duties.
