Key Responsibilities

•AI/ML Research: Evaluate cutting technologies, including transformer-based model architectures and large foundational models to identify solutions for Robinhood-specific problems.
•Model Development and Implementation: Develop scalable ML models focusing on ranking and recommendation systems (Collaborative Filtering, Content-Based Filtering, Hybrid models); design reinforcement learning algorithms and apply multi-armed bandit strategies.
•AB Testing and Experimentation: Design and conduct AB tests, set up test environments, monitor performance, and analyze results.
•Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze experimental data to extract actionable insights and validate findings with statistical techniques.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to integrate models into products and present results to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,138 - 200,000 annually
