Senior Mechanical Construction Estimator - HVAC & Plumbing

Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems across construction projects, reviewing plans and specifications to define scope and required materials. Partner with project teams to create cost management plans, perform cost risk analysis, and provide value engineering options. Prepare formal estimating reports covering quantities, cost, escalation, and assumptions, while advising stakeholders and maintaining estimating standards and methodologies.
