Key Responsibilities

  • •Run weekly and quarterly business review cadence by reconciling numbers and surfacing the story behind movements.
  • •Identify manual work worth eliminating and ship automation including AI agents, multi-system workflows, and scripted data pipelines.
  • •Analyze pipeline, funnel, forecast, and productivity data with recommendations that change decisions.
  • •Partner with sales leaders on territory planning and coverage, including account assignment and adding capacity.
  • •Keep quota, target, and KPI tracking accurate and protect data integrity by adding QA and fixing upstream causes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy with real ownership of recurring analytics for a commercial team.
  • •Strong SQL skills: independently write and debug warehouse queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregation logic.
  • •Advanced Google Sheets experience and working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and reports.
  • •Experience shipping automation using tools such as Glean, n8n, Apps Script, or comparable platforms; Hex and Python are a strong advantage.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into defensible analyses, communicate clearly to non-technical leaders, and maintain a high accuracy bar.
