Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical and operational direction for the Agentic Integrations team, including scalable customer engagement and integration quality.
  • •Scale agentic integrations from promising functionality to reliable, production-grade customer deployments across diverse environments.
  • •Balance customer delivery with reusable tooling, templates, documentation, automation, and platform improvements.
  • •Establish architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability standards for customer-facing integrations involving agentic systems and business-critical workflows.
  • •Own end-to-end hiring and coach engineers, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, ML, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering to drive adoption and feed learnings into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years directly leading an engineering team.
  • •Strong technical background in backend, full-stack, platform, or applied ML product engineering.
  • •Experience leading teams building customer-facing, production-grade systems or integrations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to triage ambiguous customer issues and translate them into technical plans.
  • •Comfort working directly with customers for technical discovery, scoping, troubleshooting, and tradeoff communication.
