Key Responsibilities

•Lead the People Organization for the Commercial Organization LATAM Market, including both People Partner responsibilities for the Commercial Market and the Country PO teams.
•Support and maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors (MDs).
•Lead Key People Initiatives in Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion.
•Oversee PO fundamentals: organization design, workforce planning, location strategy, talent development, inclusion, employee relations, executive recruiting and onboarding, country legislation and compliance, crisis management.
•Coach and develop a team of People Partners supporting Country MDs from both People Business Partner and Country PO perspectives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, including HR Business Partnering
•Proven experience managing people
•Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change initiatives, developing global workforce plans, and coaching leaders
•Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs
•Strong project and process management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
