Lead Native American banking and financing mandates for tribal governments and their enterprises. Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day execution of Native American banking and financing mandates and support new business development.
•Generate revenue through existing and new clients; identify prospects and eventually assume origination responsibilities for new mandates.
•Lead deal teams by mentoring, coaching, and assisting Associates and Analysts while creating and preparing presentation and pitch materials.
•Manage financial modeling and valuation analyses; analyze financial statements and operating metrics to generate industry insights and support decisions.
•Source and evaluate credit opportunities, structure deals to balance risk/rewards, pitch/structure/negotiate/close transactions, and oversee sound underwriting for credit approval.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of five years of corporate or investment banking experience.
•B.A./B.S. degree required; MBA preferred.
•Strong sales, marketing, business development, and negotiation skills.
•Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality with relevant client interaction and transaction experience.
•Demonstrated ability to manage deal teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
