Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with focus on trend analysis and documentation of results
•Develop solutions to difficult technical problems encountered as part of system maintenance, upgrades or support issues
•Continuous training in the latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques
•Team with Engineering, Project Management and Sales personnel to effectively maintain, optimize and support advanced communication systems which meet or exceed customer expectations
•Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years experience in LMR, RF systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering, Networking equipment or Military experience.
•Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
•Must reside in northern New York or be willing to commute to Public Safety customers located in Essex County, New York
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
•Must have a current, valid driver’s license and no traffic violations.
