Key Responsibilities

  • •Mine and synthesize user signal using SQL, BI tools, and AI/low-no-code tooling to surface themes, pain points, and feature requests.
  • •Design and execute lightweight mixed-methods research including surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, and sentiment analysis/benchmarking.
  • •Build self-serve research tooling and research-ops infrastructure (participant sourcing, repeatable workflows) so insights scale.
  • •Translate findings into tight recommendations that influence the roadmap early and separate good ideas from bad ones before major engineering lift.

  • •5+ years in a fast-paced SaaS/B2B/tech environment in analytics, product analytics, or product research.
  • •Strong SQL and BI/product-analytics tooling (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) with ability to pull and interpret data.
