Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer onboarding end-to-end for multiple enterprise customers, including scoping, kickoff, configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch hypercare.
  • •Run technical and business discovery sessions, capture functional and non-functional requirements, and document clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Deliver EDI/API/SFTP/FTP/webhook integrations and map incoming files to canonical models.
  • •Configure platform rules, mappings, and AI agent orchestration to automate audit logic and exception handling.
  • •Build and execute implementation plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and risk mitigation; communicate status to stakeholders.

  • •Experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry.
  • •Ability to run technical and business discovery sessions and document clear acceptance criteria.
