Job Summary

Support the execution of monthly earned value management (EVMS) cost and schedule control processes for a newly awarded $300M Ground Based Radar Digitization program. Partner with program leaders and stakeholders to analyze earned value metrics, EACs, investments, and manpower planning, and to maintain accurate program baselines and cost charging. Drive efficiencies using modern digital tools while ensuring compliance with company and business policies in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly EVMS cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
•Serve as a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial execution across internal and external stakeholders.
•Analyze key financial data for program decision-making, including earned value metrics, EACs, program investments, and manpower planning.
•Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure timely, accurate program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies.
•Drive efficiencies in financial processes using up-to-date digital technology tools, training, and resources while adhering to policies and ethical standards.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advance Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process.
•Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting system and related reports.
•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
