Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly close end to end, performing usage review, journal entry preparation, flux analyses, and account reconciliations while compressing the timeline.
  • •Ensure proper ASC 606 application to customer contracts, including non-standard terms assessment and documentation of accounting conclusions.
  • •Pull, validate, and troubleshoot data across contract details, system outputs, and data discrepancies.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive processes and build or champion automation, including SQL queries/scripts, workflow improvements, and engineering partnerships.
  • •Prepare financial reporting deliverables and support audit readiness through schedules, documented controls, and well-prepared workpapers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
  • •5+ years of combined experience in public accounting and/or corporate revenue accounting.
  • •Solid understanding of ASC 606 and complex revenue recognition principles, with judgment for non-standard arrangements.
  • •Operational accounting experience at a rapidly growing company, including familiarity with quote-to-cash processes.
  • •Hands-on, detail-oriented ability to pull, validate, and troubleshoot data, with independence and prioritization under tight deadlines.
