Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary land development and municipal engineering projects across multiple sectors.
  • •Act as the primary client liaison, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • •Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management.
  • •Drive business development through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • •Guide teams through municipal and agency approvals processes while mentoring and developing project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in land development or municipal engineering, including 2+ years in a project management role.
  • •Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Deep understanding of Ontario’s land development and municipal approvals processes.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain.
  • •PMP certification considered a strong asset.
