Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer relationships by onboarding and outbound calling, meeting outbound calling expectations, booking weekly appointments, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering consumer lending needs (including real estate secured lending).
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned top customers, driving referrals (Refer-A-Friend), using marketing campaigns, prospecting with research/tools, championing the BUILD conversation framework, and owning partner relationships.
  • •Develop yourself and your team through coaching, Pathways progression support, assigning individual goals in collaboration with the Branch Manager Business Banking, and attracting/acquiring/retaining/developing talent.
  • •Manage operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, overseeing account opening/loan document completion and transaction processing, managing NSF/OD and fee retention conversations, and overseeing cash handling, teller differences, dual control guidelines, and internal controls.
  • •Deliver a strong customer experience every day by living core values, championing the Customer Service Promise, increasing team sales effectiveness via the 8-step sales process and consistent outbound calling, serving as the single contact for problem resolution, and maintaining the highest conduct standards.

Key Requirements

  • •An associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-centric sales environment, with a proven track record of leading, exceeding goals, and developing talent.
  • •Excellent communications skills with a solutions-based, relationship-building approach in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Maintain current registration with the NMLS (MU4R questions/registration) and have a valid driver’s license with local/regional travel required.
