Service Supervisor- Slickline Operations (AZ, AE)

Lead a crew delivering slickline services across a geographic area under all operating conditions. Coordinate with customers at the well site to promote satisfaction, ensure correct job packets and readiness of units and downhole tools, and perform work compliant with HMS processes. Handle technical issues, emergency equipment maintenance, and PPE/safety requirements, while mentoring operators and completing well-site paperwork and post-job reviews. Identify opportunities for additional HES services and support quality improvements.
