Develop specialist large loss litigation expertise in a defendant insurance practice.

•Manage your own EL/PL and RTA caseload of high-value multi-track injury claims.
•Assist on complex and higher-value RTA/EL/PL claims, including catastrophic injury matters valued up to and exceeding £1 million.
•Advise insurer clients on liability, quantum, indemnity, and litigation strategy.
•Draft pleadings and defences and provide technical legal advice.
•Work closely with experts, counsel, and insurer clients to achieve the best outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Requirements

•A defendant insurance background.
•Previous experience with Ogden calculations and significant loss of earnings claims.
•Strong knowledge of EL/PL and RTA litigation, including complex liability, quantum, and medical issues.
