Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally lead successful execution of small to medium transformation/real estate programmes and materially impact large-scale programmes, supporting measurable benefits.
  • •Establish and embed programme governance, management/control frameworks, and disciplined governance to ensure compliance and programme rigor.
  • •Drive stakeholder engagement processes via an effective stakeholder management plan, ensuring clear communication and producing status reports and presentations for governance forums.
  • •Support financial oversight by implementing and monitoring robust processes to manage and report on programme financial aspects.
  • •Lead identification of programme risks and integrate appropriate safeguards, including health and safety considerations, to support successful outcomes.

  • •Demonstrable programme management experience delivering benefits and measurable outcomes in a construction environment.

  • •Strong command of programme management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PMI) and disciplined governance practices.
