Job Summary

Build and maintain backend services and APIs for a Managed Cloud Compliance platform that collects, transforms, and reports security and compliance data across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Develop agentic AI and AI-assisted workflows using modern AI tooling, while designing and operating data pipelines that turn raw cloud data into actionable compliance insights. Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and platform engineers and help shape how the team delivers the product.

•Develop and maintain Python backend services and data pipelines.
•Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions as part of the product.
•Collect, transform, and model compliance data from Azure, AWS, and GCP.

•Contribute ideas and help shape how the platform is built.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,000

Key Requirements

•Solid Python experience for backend development, scripting, or data work.
•Some exposure to data engineering concepts, pipelines, SQL, and data transformation.
•Curiosity about AI and agentic systems (hands-on experience is a plus).
•Familiarity with at least one public cloud environment (Azure preferred).
•Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
