Job Summary

Operate powered industrial vehicles and equipment to transport, load, and unload raw materials and finished product in the bakery production process. Follow standard operating procedures to support quality, productivity, and safety, including safe operation, housekeeping, inventory assistance, and spotting trailers for unloading. Regulate material blending to meet product consistency and moisture targets, and perform work aligned with the site Environmental Management System policy.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate powered industrial vehicles/equipment in all plant areas to transport, load, and unload raw materials and finished product.
•Follow standard operating instructions/procedures, including inspection and safe operation of powered industrial vehicles.
•Support inventory and perform housekeeping to maintain orderliness across plant areas.
•Blend/regulate materials per instructions to meet specified product consistency and moisture targets.
•Perform environmental responsibilities under the site Environmental Management System policy, including reporting issues and responding to emergencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
•Ability to work with bakery waste products that may contain allergens (e.g., peanuts).
•Read and understand common documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
•Ability to work an average of 50-hour weeks, including nights, holidays, and weekends when required.
•Prior experience operating heavy equipment/forklifts/tractors or other powered industrial vehicles, and ability to acquire/maintain required certifications (e.g., forklift, weigh master).
