Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and provide technical support for manufacturing and packaging lines to meet production goals.
  • •Achieve Quality and Health & Safety KPI targets consistently.
  • •Improve line performance across OEE, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), waste reduction, and customer service targets.
  • •Lead and improve the changeover process to reduce changeover time.
  • •Troubleshoot, carry out maintenance, and drive continuous improvement efforts, while training and assessing team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with high-speed packaging equipment in an FMCG, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical setting.
  • •Mechanical and/or electrical engineering skills, such as completion of an apprenticeship or craft training.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot, drive improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards / Good Manufacturing Practice and working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • •Proficient basic IT skills.
