Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and maintain Dry Creek NOC infrastructure and associated monitoring, transmission, and distribution systems.
  • •Support Local Station Master Control Origination and Distribution platforms to ensure reliable delivery of programming and services.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting station origination, transmission, contribution, and distribution workflows.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve service-impacting issues, implement system enhancements, and perform upgrades/expansions.
  • •Participate in on-call rotation with after-hours support for critical incidents; create procedural documentation and perform performance checks, maintenance, and proactive preventive maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years of support experience in a live on-air environment.
  • •Ability to mentor and develop technology professionals and effectively manage change.
  • •Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and document complex systems and processes, including maintenance and change procedures.
  • •Knowledge of broadcast automation and video transmission, including SDI/IP workflows and transport stream test equipment and analysis tools.
