Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes (where applicable), safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and with high quality, communicating when issues arise and making Dasher pickups go smoothly.
  • •Guide Operations Associates during the shift by ensuring safe, productive work and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma a plus, not required).
