Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Workday integration pipeline from design and configuration through deployment and production support.
  • •Ensure data integrity across inbound and outbound integrations using mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
  • •Manage integration lifecycles, including code migrations, Workday release cycles, impact analysis, regression testing, and adoption of new features.
  • •Serve as Workday integrations subject matter expert, advising HR, IT, and business stakeholders on design patterns and best practices.
  • •Extend Workday capabilities using Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation, and maintain key external platform connections (e.g., Greenhouse, HireVue).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of general Workday experience and 4+ years hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, REST, SOAP).
  • •Build and maintain complex Workday integrations in production environments with end-to-end ownership.
  • •Strong understanding of the Workday data model and business processes across multiple modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Security).
  • •Proficiency with XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and SQL, including debugging integrations and managing API authentication.
  • •Experience extending Workday capabilities with Workday Extend (calculated fields and business process automation); familiarity with agentic AI/LLMs is a plus.
