Job Summary

Support the Mandarin-speaking team in financial operations within WPP’s shared services environment. Assist with accounts payable, receivable, billing, receipting/collection, reporting, and general ledger (GL) activities, including record keeping and master data creation. Help with statutory accounting, indirect and direct tax, and audit-related tasks, plus ad-hoc assignments. The role is for a 6-month internship and based in Mutiara Damansara.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with accounts payable, billing, receipting/collection, accounts receivable, and reporting.
•Support general ledger (GL) activities, including record keeping and master data creation.
•Help with statutory accounting, indirect tax, direct tax, and audit-related tasks.
•Assist various departments with assigned accounting and finance tasks as required.
•Perform ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Fluent in written and spoken English.
•Possess good communication, interpersonal, and soft skills.
•Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or another Business Administrative Degree.
•Be willing to work at Surian Tower next to MRT Mutiara Damansara.
•Preferably able to complete an internship for up to 6 months.
