Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the client’s senior on-the-ground oversight, above the developer and contractor to ensure programme delivery on required standard, timeline, and quality.
  • •Lead weekly and bi-weekly site visits and chair developer roundtables; hold the developer and contractor accountable to commitments.
  • •Protect the critical path by surfacing blockers and friction points early and pursuing acceleration when required.
  • •Manage risks and identify issues before they reach the client; confirm inspection readiness across all scopes.
  • •Produce reporting and evidentiary outputs including site visit reports, roundtable minutes, action logs, and critical path/milestone status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •15 to 20 years total experience in project and construction management.
  • •8+ years delivering data centre projects specifically.
  • •General contractor background strongly preferred, or equivalent senior direct site delivery experience.
  • •Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through construction completion.
  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering/construction discipline; postgraduate Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP/AIPM) highly regarded.
