Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute civic engagement strategies through complex, high-visibility programs involving third-party alliances and internal stakeholders.
  • •Oversee philanthropic grantmaking and manage due diligence to ensure grants and alliances meet required minimums.
  • •Lead development of MOUs with defined KPIs and manage relationships with a portfolio of nonprofit alliances.
  • •Ensure strategy areas have Logic Models with outcomes and OKRs aligned to CI working groups and executive leadership.
  • •Develop impact measurement metrics, collaborate on research and survey strategy, and lead reporting and storytelling for corporate citizenship.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or communications/PR/corporate social responsibility (or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree).

  • •Proven ability to lead complex assignments with successful, sustainable outcomes.
  • •Experience managing third-party relationships for results and producing high-quality outcomes.
