Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a solutioning specialist for SMB, partnering with Sales, Product, GTM, and Partnerships to develop differentiated SMB propositions and support strategic client opportunities.
  • •Drive client solutioning across Europe, including pitches, workshops, business case development, and RFP responses.
  • •Develop and evolve SMB propositions using customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence, defining target segments, value propositions, and commercial models.
  • •Create go-to-market assets and enablement collateral (pitch decks, playbooks, business cases) and support launch planning and market readiness activities.
  • •Monitor industry and SMB trends and provide recommendations and insights to support pipeline analysis, opportunity sizing, and prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in payments, financial services, fintech, business banking, or commercial card solutions.
  • •Experience developing customer value propositions and solutioning complex client opportunities or supporting go-to-market activities.
  • •Strong commercial acumen connecting proposition strategy to revenue outcomes.
  • •Experience leading client presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions.
  • •Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
