Job Summary

Support TikTok Shop’s sellers and partners through hands-on projects spanning business development and account management operations. You’ll research and qualify brands for onboarding, assist outreach as a sales development representative, and help manage pipeline/lead tracking in CRM. You’ll also support campaign execution, policy incentive enrollment, and collaboration with creators/agencies, including business review reporting, creator seeding, and daily merchant issue resolution.

•Research and qualify brands and merchants for onboarding.
•Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative and assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates.

•Coordinate partnerships by matching brands with TikTok creators and agencies, and prepare business review reports with strategy insights.
•Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives and handle daily operational tasks to address merchant concerns and ensure smooth workflows.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese to work with Chinese merchants, and fluent in English or Spanish to work with internal stakeholders.
•Strong network to Chinese partners and strong knowledge of the Spanish industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven work and reporting.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
•A team player with a proactive, self-motivated attitude and passion for TikTok, e-commerce, and the Home & Living industry.
