Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform various labor jobs in all departments of the manufacturing plant (Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout).
  • •Handle daily work across departments, including more physically demanding stations.
  • •Work comfortably around moving machinery.
  • •Maintain performance in an environment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily during dock door openings.
  • •Perform repetitive grasping actions as required and meet physical movement expectations.

Key Requirements
